Position: OPS Manager
Term (DH/TTH/T): Direct Hire with Benefits
SCHEDULE: Start time is 5am and goes "until job is done"
Pay: 85K-110K plus possible bonus - "still TBD and negotiable"
Interview process: 2 IV's - 1st is zoom with HR Manager and GM and 2nd is onsite with GM

* Around 50 EE's total
* 100% onsite
* Reports to GM
* 4-5 Direct Reports with managerial/supervisory titles
* Need to have at least 5 years of recent Warehouse Management and OPS Management experience
* Food Processing and/or Food Distribution experience HIGHLY preferred
* If they have start up experience for new facility that would be a plus
* Not afraid to get in there and show someone something "get hands dirty before delegating"
* Bilingual preferred, but NOT mandatory at all
* WMS and ERP experience required
* TMS Traffic Management System experience is a plus
